Latest public update

Under construction: the CM/GC lists a $210M contract and trade press reports groundbreaking with completion expected mid-2028. Earlier CDOT funding materials cited ≈ $100M — we are reconciling the program vs. contract figures. CDOT's September 2026 dashboard for the segment shows construction package 1 complete, with a fixed completion date of Dec 31, 2024, and fixed completion dates of Jun 30, 2027 and Jan 28, 2028 for packages 2 and 3.

Open questions for the state ANALYSIS

  • Will construction package 3 hold its Jan 28, 2028 completion date?

Spend-to-date: not published. Colorado does not publish what it has spent on this project, so this field is left blank rather than estimated. It will fill from TOPS/CORE vendor expenditure data as payments are matched to projects.

Both endpoints are drawn from the source records below; the change, percentage, and average are our arithmetic (CALC). The average covers the 5 of 50 tracked projects with two published estimates — for the rest, the state has published a single figure, so their drift is unknowable, not zero. Estimates move in both directions — we show the honest record either way.

The money is published; the names are held. Each row below carries the contract value, what has been paid to date so far as it is published, and our confidence grade — the same figures as always, from the same official records. What is withheld is the vendor's name, the record link that names it, and the campaign-finance search that sat beside it. That is a deliberate decision taken pending legal review, not a figure we could not find: a blank cell would have said the opposite. What WITHHELD means
