Bill summary

Beginning at the end of the 2025-26 state fiscal year, and at the end of each state fiscal year thereafter, the act reduces the amount of the transfer from the limited gaming fund to the Colorado travel and tourism promotion fund to $14 million and requires a new annual transfer of $1 million from the limited gaming fund to the museum and preservation operations account within the state historical fund.
