A capital project in the City of Aurora’s adopted 2026 budget. The city appropriated nothing to it for 2026; it still holds $419,550 appropriated in earlier years and not yet spent.

Appropriated by the City of Aurora for 2026.
The city publishes no spending by project.
Unspent from earlier years. Not a spending figure, and never added to the 2026 appropriation.
Your take on this project
This is the city’s own money. The City of Aurora appropriated money to a city project, and carries earlier years’ unspent appropriation on it. It is never added to a State of Colorado figure or a county figure on this site.
What the budget book prints
What this page does not say
- Spending. The book prints appropriations and plans, not spending by project. The carried-forward figure is money appropriated in earlier years and not yet spent, so it is not a spend figure, and it is not added to the 2026 appropriation. This page shows no spend and does not estimate one.
- Other columns. The book also prints a 2025 projection and four later years. The projection is an estimate and the later years are plans, not appropriations, so no figure from them is on this page.
- Aurora Water. The city publishes Aurora Water’s capital money by category, not project by project, in a table of its own. So no Aurora Water project has a page here, and this page is one of the projects the city does list individually. The category table is on the city dashboard.
- State money in the city. The State of Colorado also spends capital money at sites inside the city. That is a different government’s money, listed on the Projects page and never added to this figure.

The row is one line of the budget book’s Capital Improvement Program chapter, in the table the city headed “Projects as Adopted by City Council without Aurora Water”. Every department, every fund and the chapter’s grand total are checked against the city’s printed figures before any page is built.
