Capital projects

Fort Collins lists its capital projects one by one, and says the list is not all of its capital

The first figure is the sum of the capital projects the city funded and listed. The second is the capital line in the city's citywide budget table, which the city says is significantly greater. Both are the city's own printed figures. Neither is the other, and the difference between them is not published.
